A team of researchers undertaking a programme of research to develop an enhanced care pathway for patients discharged from ICU: .
They are seeking the views of Critical Care Outreach and/or In-hospital Post-ICU Follow-up Team members to understand how post-ICU follow-up support fits within your workload. They are keen to hear from anyone who provides any in-hospital support to patients discharged from ICU.
